We're committed to helping you succeed.

Our commitment to on-time, on-budget hardware and software rollouts has enabled us to provide unparalleled customer service to satisfied customers for over 15 years.

Throughout our partnership with you, we promise to handle every concern, problem and question with the utmost professionalism as we provide the answers you seek. Assisting in that promise will be your personal coordinating officer and consultant. Your coordinating officer will be your primary point of contact throughout the project, certifying that all of your needs are met in a timely manner and the system is implemented according to the agreed-upon Statement of Work.

Our structured approach ensures project success.

This seven-step process for systems development and implementation is designed to create successful rollouts and happy customers.

  Consultation and Investigation
Your coordinating officer will meet with you to identify your specific technological needs. It is within this phase that we will investigate your current business processes and recognize areas that will benefit from the implementation of new technology.

  Analysis
With the knowledge gained during the consultation and investigation process, your coordinating officer will meet with our engineers, developers and technicians to construct a plan consisting of functional, quality and architectural requirements. Once these requirements are determined, a formal Statement of Work will be created to encompass the entire project, including the work to be completed, a list of personnel who will complete the job, timeframes and deadlines, suggested equipment, and an implementation plan.

  Approval
After we have developed the system implementation agenda, your coordinating officer will present to you the Statement of Work. The signature of both parties is required on the Statement of Work, signifying the acceptance and agreement of the implementation plan. During discussion and presentation, changes can be made to the Statement of Work prior to approval.

  Design and Development
During this phase, our engineers, developers and technicians will create programs and introduce technology to expand or streamline your current business processes. It is not our intention to change your business processes to enhance the usefulness of technology; rather, we intend to introduce technology to enhance your business processes. This phase is critical because it is during this time that the actual system is created. Throughout the design and development phase, your coordinating officer will have close communication with you to ensure that the system being created exactly matches your requirements and specifications.

  Integration
The actual system created by our team will be implemented at your location during this phase. At this time, training will take place, either onsite at your office or at the BIS Training Laboratory.

  Completion
Your coordinating officer will meet with you again during this phase to ensure that all needs have been met, training has occurred, and that, ultimately, you are completely satisfied with the outcome. Any changes or additions to the system can be discussed and implemented during this phase. At this time, both parties will sign the Certificate of Completion and Acceptance, bringing the actual implementation of the system to a close.

  Continuing Service and Maintenance
We strive to achieve long-term partnerships with our clients. It is during this ongoing phase that your coordinating officer, along with our engineers, developers and technicians, continues to monitor the implemented system to ensure it measures up to the original expectations and requirements. System service and maintenance will be performed to ensure the longevity of your new system.

"We spent a good two or three days with BIS discussing our processes and identifying business rules. The exploration was really valuable because we identified things we do that we had been taking for granted. When we identified a business rule that we had been handling manually but didn't want to give up, BIS continually came back with a program they developed that would automate the processing of that business rule."
