Founder Pete Sinclair Sells Remaining Shares
OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 29, 2004 -
Business Imaging Systems, Inc., a provider of document management systems, software and consulting services, today announced that the company's founder, Pete Sinclair, who retired in 1997, has sold his remaining stock to the executive team. Dan Rotelli, who took over the presidency and majority ownership the same year, has been Sinclair's partner in Business Imaging Systems since Sinclair's retirement.
David Annis, vice president and chief technology officer, and Tony Lugafet, vice president and manager of business development, have each purchased a percentage of Sinclair's remaining stock, making them partners with Rotelli.
"Tony Lugafet was invited to become a partner because of his sales leadership, 12 years of loyalty, and his significant contribution to our revenue growth," said Rotelli. "David Annis earned his partnership through unrivalled technical skill, his product vision behind Mobilis and MasterScan, and his leadership of our integration team."
Annis and Lugafet, together with Rotelli and corporate Business Imaging Systems, have been partners in Texas Business Imaging Systems since 2001, when the Dallas and Lubbock, Texas, offices were established.
