You have two choices when it comes to receiving system support through Business Imaging Systems. We offer support services (a) through a support contract or (b) on a per-incident basis. Support contracts are issued annually and can be renewed accordingly. Support provided on a per-incident basis must be prepaid with a credit card prior to receiving assistance from our technical staff.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM (CST). Our offices are closed on all traditional business holidays.
